Account Administrator

The Labcorp Employer Services division is seeking an Account Administrator in the Client Operations Department:

Wellness.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responding quickly and accurately

Serves as an initial point of contact, customer service and support for large national clients within the Labcorp Employer Services Division

Working with multiple departments across the organization to ensure accurate and timely support to clients.

Performs overall and complete account management, supply ordering, coordinating on-site health fairs

Correspondence via email and phone.

Assists with other special projects, tasks and reports as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

A.A. / A.S. Degree in related field

2-5 years of job-related experience

Customer service experience, preferably in clinical/wellness

Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills

Detailed oriented highly organized

Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple client accounts and events

Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary

Familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred

Work schedule: Monday ? Friday, 8:00AM -5:00PM EST
