Acceleration Center Site Lead, AGCO Corporation, Champaign, IL:

The Site Lead role is to identify and lead the technical execution of technology and innovation projects enabling progress in AGCO?s strategic objectives within AI, Ag Tech, Information Technology and Engineering innovations with business partners and AGCO leadership and execute these initiatives with Acceleration Center site interns and University of Illinois partnerships. Grow, inspire, and lead interns to accomplish outstanding outcomes by supporting the resource planning, code development for analytical models, and communication of outcomes and deliverables to business leaders throughout AGCO. Develop and review proposals and statement of work with University of Illinois partners and grow relationships with faculty and startup organizations in the research park ecosystem with internal AGCO stakeholders to grow additional value for AGCO.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field and

3 years of experience in (i) managing IT technical projects and (ii) delivering technical results in analytics, agriculture, and information technology areas.

Experience may be gained concurrently.

Up to 15% domestic travel is required.
