Job Description

The French Football Academy is searching for an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate individual for an Academy Head Coach part-time role. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a FFA team under the guidance of the Technical Director and they will work together on the development of academy players within the FFA pathway. This means they will drive the development of players according to the FFA methodology, curriculum and style of play. Within this role, the individual should be prepared to create and execute high-level training sessions, work with athlete and their parents, believe in athlete mentorship, create productive relationships with colleagues, athletes, parents and local stakeholders and have a deep passion for the game.

Requirements

- US VISA WORK PERMIT

- College Degree or equivalent experience

- U.S. Soccer D license or foreign equivalent preferred

- Minimum of 2 years coaching experience

- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population, including strong verbal and written communication skills, in a way that cultivates trust and respect and communicates the club's culture and values.

- Fluency in English

- CPR & AED certified
