ABA Therapist RBT

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data to monitor progress.

```Duties```
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
Assist with the development of treatment goals and strategies
Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
Teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors using evidence-based techniques
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
Document client progress and maintain accurate medical documentation
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Strong data collection skills to accurately track client progress
Knowledge of medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Familiarity with medical documentation practices
Understanding of behavioral health principles and techniques
Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and their impact on individuals with developmental disabilities
Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
