Join Our Team at Collins Aerospace as a 2nd shift Painter I in Jamestown, ND!

Are you ready to bring precision and artistry together in a dynamic work environment Collins Aerospace is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter I to join our team in Jamestown, ND. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, visually stunning products that meet the rigorous standards our customers expect.

What You Will Do:

+ Responsible for priming and final painting of detail parts and final assemblies to current spec requirements

Maintain paint equipment, mix paint, paint control.

Follow standard operating procedures and specifications

Mix paint to specified viscosity

Clean, assemble and adjust spray guns and equipment

Wash, wipe and sand parts when necessary

Mask and prep parts for paint as required

Cure parts after topcoat application

Operate Chart recorders

Qualifications We Require:

+ Typically requires HS diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Basic computer skills; Excel, Word, Email

Able to operate a curing oven and chart recorders.

Ability to interpret blueprints

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate?s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
