Job Description

Mental Health Association (MHA) helps people live their best life. We provide access to therapies for emotional health and wellness; services for substance use recovery, developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury; services for housing and residential programming, and more. With respect, integrity and compassion, MHA provides each individual served through person-driven programming to foster independence, community engagement, wellness and recovery.

The Mental Health Association is hiring immediately for motivated Direct Care Workers to join our Residential team. Direct Care Workers are entry level and require no previous experience. We are looking for individuals who want to be actively involved in helping people live their best life.

The direct care worker is responsible for supporting residents with the completion of daily living activities such as meal preparation, household maintenance, transportation, and active engagement in the individual's treatment plan.

Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday 3pm-11pm (full-time, 40 hours)

Thursday - Saturday 1pm-9pm (part-time, 24 hours)

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license
Must have sufficient automobile insurance
Must have an acceptable driving record
Must have a safe and reliable vehicle to utilize during working hours
