We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a vocal coach. In this role, you will meet with clients and create personalized singing lessons based on their goals. Your responsibilities will include teaching techniques, styles, and providing advice on protecting the voice. You should be knowledgeable in various genres and able to create engaging lessons.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to assess their vocal abilities and career aspirations
- Create individualized lessons and arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Guide clients through vocal exercises and techniques
- Teach warm-up exercises
- Prepare clients for performances and competitions
- Instruct clients on singing acapella or with accompaniment
- Advise clients on how to protect their voices
- Attend events and workshops to stay updated on vocal training techniques
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Stay informed on current trends in the music industry
Requirements and Qualifications
- A degree in music or related field may be required
- Experience in singing, songwriting, or stage performance is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
