We are looking for a friendly talent scout to find and hire talented people for our company. In this job, you will need to figure out what kind of talent we need, make plans to find them, and talk to potential candidates online and in person.

To be a good talent scout, you should have a good eye for finding talent and be a good communicator. You should also be good at marketing and making connections with people.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Talking to clients and agencies to figure out what kind of talent we need.
  • Going to sports and entertainment events to find talent and meet people from other companies.
  • Finding talented people through social media and other ways of talking to people.
  • Building relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Talking to talented people online and in person.
  • Working with candidates to set up meetings with clients and agencies.
  • Interviewing potential candidates.
  • Negotiating contracts with candidates.
  • Keeping track of everything and updating our databases.
  • Making plans to find and hire more talent.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A college degree in human resources, marketing, communications, or something similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
  • Knowing a lot about hiring and recruiting.
  • A valid driver's license and a way to get around.
  • Being good with computers and knowing how to use programs like Bullhorn and Scout TalentRecruit.
  • Being really good at finding talent and making decisions.
  • Being good at marketing and making connections with people.
  • Being a great communicator, both in writing and talking.
  • Being good at interviewing and negotiating.
  • Being okay with traveling and working long hours, including on weekends.
