Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics.
- Consulting with mechanics about necessary repairs and offering alternatives to expensive options.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to inform customers about parts and service options.
- Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups.
- Providing information and advice on warranty coverage, cost savings, and trade-in options.
- Managing the workflow and schedule of the dealership.
- Calling customers to update them on service changes or car pick-up times.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Ensuring accurate billing and processing payments from customers.

Requirements and Qualifications
- An associate's degree in mechanics or a related field may be helpful.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- A good understanding of car technology and the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with specialized software used in the industry.
