Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make sure that everyone on the team finishes their tasks on time.
  • Decide if team members need more training and give them that training.
  • Learn about new things in our industry.
  • Create reports to show how the project is going to stakeholders and investors.
  • Make sure that everyone follows laws for health and safety.
  • Do performance reviews for employees.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with project management.
  • Good people skills and the ability to communicate well.
  • Be able to handle many things at once.
