We are looking for a friendly and well-spoken Sales Development Representative to help our company find new customers. Your main responsibilities will include finding potential customers, talking to them, and helping them buy our products. You will also be responsible for connecting customers with the right salesperson.

To be a successful Sales Development Representative, you should have good communication skills, be able to work well with others, and provide great customer service. You should also be good at meeting deadlines and have strong math skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create strategies to find new customers and get them interested in our products.
  • Contact potential customers by calling them or responding to their inquiries.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and interests.
  • Tell customers about our products and how they can help them.
  • Help move interested customers to the next step in the sales process.
  • Follow up with customers who are interested but haven't bought anything yet.
  • Keep in touch with existing customers to make sure they are happy and to find out if they need anything else.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A college degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience or training in sales, marketing, or communication is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and using computers.
