Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check our workplace for any safety issues.
  • Assess risks and find ways to prevent accidents or illnesses.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A college degree in safety management, environmental safety, or a similar field.
  • A certificate in occupational health and safety management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a safety director or manager.
  • Good knowledge of government safety standards and laws.
  • Understanding of dangerous materials and practices in the workplace.
  • Ability to write safety rules and procedures.
  • Experience with analyzing data and reporting statistics.
  • Familiarity with safety management software, such as iAuditor, SiteDocs, and Safesite.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
