Job Description

We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our team as a production sorter. In this position, you will be responsible for processing and sorting items on the production line, operating and maintaining factory equipment, and ensuring that all tools and machines are properly taken care of.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. A top-notch production sorter should also have good physical stamina and the ability to quickly and accurately sort items.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Read daily instructions from supervisor.
  • Receive and load raw materials for processing.
  • Operate production line equipment, such as conveyor belts.
  • Sort through and remove damaged or defective items.
  • Organize and label items into categories.
  • Unload processed items for distribution.
  • Maintain and safely operate equipment and machinery.
  • Report any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisor.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Clean production line, equipment, and work area.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a production sorter preferred.
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
