We are looking for someone who pays close attention to detail to be our production associate. This person will make sure that all the equipment used in manufacturing is working properly and being used safely. They will also check the quality of the products being made.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Start up and shut down equipment at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Schedule regular maintenance for equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.
  • Order materials needed for production.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide training when necessary.
  • Check the quality of the finished products.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Maintain records of work orders.
  • Follow health and safety laws and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
