Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Explain medical insurance and policies to patients.
- Get information about how the patient is doing.
- Tell healthcare providers about any questions or complaints from patients.
- Tell families about the patient's progress with treatment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare.
- Knowledge of medical terms.
- Understanding of medical insurance policies.
- Good at talking to people.
- Good at communicating.
- Physically strong enough to lift or move patients.
