We are looking for a friendly and organized onboarding specialist to join our HR team. Your role will be to help new employees understand the company's policies, show them their job duties, schedule their start dates, and collect all necessary paperwork.

To be successful in this job, you should have a good understanding of labor laws and experience in HR. You should also be able to communicate effectively and enjoy meeting new people.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating policies and handbooks that explain how the company works.
  • Sending emails to new employees with important information, such as parking, work hours, and dress code.
  • Welcoming new employees with an onboarding kit and giving them a tour of the office.
  • Introducing new employees to their team members.
  • Providing new employees with necessary materials, such as manuals and guidelines.

  • Collecting and organizing all paperwork, such as contracts and non-disclosure agreements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
