Our company needs a skilled and experienced merchandising manager to create and carry out plans for our products. You will lead a team of marketing and merchandising experts to make sure we meet deadlines, have enough products, and fulfill customer orders on time.

The perfect candidate is someone who pays close attention to details, is good at meeting deadlines, and has experience managing a small or medium-sized team. You should also be able to communicate well and have a good eye for choosing and presenting clothes and accessories.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out strategies for displaying products
  • Create attractive store layouts that show off our brand
  • Talk to suppliers to get the best prices for our products
  • Make budgets for the year and quarter and share them with important people
  • Keep track of how our products are selling and make changes to promotions, prices, etc.
  • Find trends and keep an eye on how much product we have versus how much people want
  • Work with the marketing team to come up with new ideas for projects, campaigns, etc.
  • Look at sales reports and give advice on how to improve sales and keep customers interested

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, retail, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Background in marketing, communications, or design (preferred)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Creative and detail-oriented
