Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Show our senior managers your improvement plans and get their approval
  • Talk to different managers, employees, and departments about the changes and help them learn how to do things better
  • Make sure the changes are put into practice and provide support and guidance
  • Improve communication with our customers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Evaluate how well the changes are working and make adjustments if needed
  • Keep track of your plans, set deadlines, and make sure everything is going according to schedule

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • A master's degree in business administration is preferred
  • At least two years of experience as a logistics consultant in a similar industry
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management
  • Experience using database tools and business management software, like Odoo and NetSuite
  • Great analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
