Job Description
We are looking for an inspirational life coach to assist our clients in making positive changes in their lives. The life coach will work with clients to understand their goals, identify any challenges they may face, and develop actionable plans to help them achieve their goals. The life coach will also regularly assess their clients' progress and provide guidance and support along the way.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing clients' needs and determining the best coaching approach for them
- Discussing and defining clients' goals through ongoing communication
- Identifying any internal or external obstacles and creating plans to overcome them
- Teaching techniques for managing emotions and behaviors
- Collaborating with clients to develop action plans that focus on achieving their goals
- Evaluating clients' progress toward their goals
- Motivating and supporting clients to maintain their progress
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social development, or a related field
- Completion of an advanced degree is recommended
- Relevant coaching certification, preferably from the International Coach Federation
- Adherence to ethical guidelines
- Able to foster introspection, connection, and ambition in clients
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Non-judgmental, reflective, and empathetic
- Able to make decisions and adapt to change
