We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to maintain solid relationships with our company's key clients. Your main responsibilities will include growing our revenue by ensuring that these clients are satisfied with our services, identifying new business opportunities for them, and attending all necessary meetings and training workshops. You should also be able to build relationships with potential clients.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to analyze sales data and statistics, and use that information to improve our business and marketing strategies. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients who bring in the most income for our company.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Collaborate with different departments (advertising, design, marketing, sales, logistics) to ensure the needs of key clients are met.
  • Create reports on the progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Understand the specific needs and requirements of key clients, and provide customized solutions.
