Job Duties and Responsibilities

Suggesting and obtaining approval for project ideas.
Creating project plans with input from stakeholders, such as clients and staff.
Determining the resources needed for each project.
Developing a strategy for allocating resources and managing work and finances.
Monitoring employee performance to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
Evaluating project success by consulting with clients, consumers, and staff.
Reporting on the impact of projects.
Seeking guidance and input from the assigned project manager during key project phases.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Certification in project management.
Proven experience as a junior project manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of project management methods.
Forward-thinking and able to identify and mitigate risks.
Ability to recognize and utilize the strengths of others.
Excellent leadership, delegation, and development skills.
Familiarity with tools and metrics used to evaluate project performance.
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and tension.
