We are looking for an organized and knowledgeable junior project manager to assist with planning and managing multiple projects within our organization. The junior project manager is responsible for identifying areas that need improvement through projects, working with colleagues to propose suitable projects, and managing the allocation of resources to meet deadlines.

- Suggesting and obtaining approval for project ideas.
- Creating project plans with input from stakeholders, such as clients and staff.

- Monitoring employee performance to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Evaluating project success by consulting with clients, consumers, and staff.
- Reporting on the impact of projects.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in project management.
- Proven experience as a junior project manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods.
- Forward-thinking and able to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to recognize and utilize the strengths of others.
- Excellent leadership, delegation, and development skills.
