We are looking for someone to join our IT department as an IT support analyst. Your main responsibility will be to help end-users solve technical problems. This includes responding to questions and issues, finding solutions quickly, and giving technical advice.

To be good at this job, you need to be great at customer service and able to do administrative tasks. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and know a lot about IT solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Find out why problems are happening
  • Create checklists to help with common problems
  • Suggest ways to prevent problems from happening again
  • Fix difficult problems
  • Fix problems with computer parts and software
  • Do user administrative tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience helping people with their computers or devices
  • Know how to use Microsoft 2006-2013
  • Know how to use Windows 7, 8, 10, XP, and Vista
  • Understand how to manage patches (updates)
  • Know how to fix printers and other devices
  • Can work alone
  • Great at customer service
