We are looking for a positive and proactive IT project manager to oversee project teams and ensure that IT projects are completed on time. They will also document instructions for end-users and assist with product testing. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing a PMO to oversee multiple projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders, such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users, to understand project requirements.
- Create project outlines, definitions, and initiate the project.
- Implement document control policies and templates.
- Maintain a good understanding of assigned component projects.
- Evaluate standards of component products.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary changes.
- Track project expenditures and stay within the budget.
- Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Compile project reports and communicate any issues to management.

Requirements and Qualifications
- CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, MCSE, or similar certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a project management role.
- Understanding of MSP ticketing and Alert Management Systems.
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
