An inventory specialist is responsible for managing all activities related to ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, merchandise, supplies, and products within an organization. They typically work in warehouses and must be highly organized.

Job Description

We are seeking inventory specialists who are professional, detail-oriented, and have strong math and observation skills. In this role, you will work closely with management, oversee multiple teams, develop and improve procedures and policies, prevent losses, and occasionally perform physical tasks. Other responsibilities include maintaining storage facilities, ensuring inventory records are accurate, creating reports, and conducting weekly product counts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in basic computer programs, and can work independently and as part of a team. Prior inventory and mid-level management experience is preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Track inventory maintenance.
  • Manage equipment and supply flow.
  • Report to management and suggest process improvements.
