Job Description
We are looking for a very careful and dedicated industrial hygienist to make sure our employees stay healthy at work. The industrial hygienist will work with our leaders to find and fix any health problems, and will create plans and programs to prevent these problems from happening. They will also teach and inform employees about health and safety at work, run tests to check for harmful substances, and take action if needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with leaders to solve health problems at work.
- Plan and do studies to check how much risk employees have of getting sick, and to see how well our health programs are working.
- Make sure our tests for harmful substances are done correctly.
- Look at research data, make reports, and find ways to make our programs better.
- Make and lead programs to keep employees safe and healthy, and to make work more comfortable.
- Check our programs regularly to make sure they are working.
- Make sure employees know about health and safety at work by teaching and giving presentations.
- Take action and stop work if we need to.
- Talk to different people about work-related injuries and health issues.
- Stay up-to-date on laws about health and safety at work.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have a degree in chemistry or a related field.
- Be certified as an Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
- Have worked in a similar job for at least 3 years.
- Be very knowledgeable about laws, policies, and procedures related to this work.
- Be good at talking and writing.
- Be good with computers.
- Be good at working with people.
- Be very organized.
- Be able to do many things at once and decide which tasks are most important.
