We are looking for a dependable and honest independent consultant to join our team. As an independent consultant, your responsibilities will include analyzing the organization's operations, conducting interviews with managers, professionals, and employees, and creating reports and presentations. You will also schedule meetings and organize workshops or training sessions when necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand how the organization operates.
- Conduct research by interviewing staff members, shareholders, and managers, and reviewing policies, financial statements, budgets, and other documents.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and compare them to competitors.
- Create reports, schedule meetings, and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with managers and shareholders to develop improvement strategies.
- Travel to meet with clients and negotiate contract terms.
- Collect ideas for improvement from staff members and experts.
- Schedule meetings and training sessions with staff as needed.
- Attend conferences, workshops, seminars, and other networking events to stay informed about developments in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Several years of experience in a related field or role.
- A license or certification in Business Management or a similar field is a plus.
- Strong analytical, observational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time and workflow effectively.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
