We are looking for a highly skilled implementation specialist to customize and install software systems for our clients. In this position, you will demonstrate how the purchased software works to clients and answer any questions they may have about its implementation. Your main responsibility will be to install the software and ensure that the client is satisfied with their purchase.

To excel as an implementation specialist, you should have a good understanding of SQL data management systems and be able to work well in a team. Ultimately, a great implementation specialist should have strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients after they have purchased software to gather the necessary information for customizing the software.
  • Create a project plan for each client, outlining the tasks needed for timely installation of the software.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the customization process to get their feedback and approval.
  • Customize the software to meet the client's individual needs and specifications.
  • Teach clients how to use the software and its customized features.
  • Create a document for each client detailing all customizations made.
  • Install the customized software and all required components.
  • Ensure that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Provide cost and time estimates to clients for additional customizations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field.
