Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR intern to assist our HR department with their daily tasks. This includes keeping track of employee absences, organizing HR documents, doing background checks on potential employees, and suggesting ways to improve our HR policies. You should also be able to write and send out messages to employees about any changes in policies or procedures.

To be a great HR intern, you need to stay up-to-date on labor laws to see how they affect our HR policies. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be very detail-oriented.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Add new employee information and job details to our company database.
  • Review resumes and applications to find good candidates for job openings.
  • Schedule interviews with potential employees.
  • Post job ads on job websites and social media.
  • Take down job ads when positions are filled.
  • Help collect information about salaries in the job market.
  • Assist with planning company events.
  • Send offer and rejection letters or emails to job candidates.
  • Help with new employee orientations.
  • Answer employee questions about HR policies and benefits.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or currently studying in that field.
  • Past experience working in an office.
  • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
