We are looking for an HR coordinator who is great at communicating in writing, speaking, and with people. They should also be organized and good at managing their time. It's important for this role to have good computer skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help with any HR questions or tasks from employees or outside people.
  • Keep track of employee information both on paper and on computers.
  • Help hire new employees by finding candidates, checking references, and giving them job offers.
  • Help with performance reviews.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR events and keep a schedule.
  • Organize and run training sessions and workshops.
  • Help new employees get started and keep their records up-to-date.
  • Make and give reports about HR activities.
  • Help with paying employees and other special HR projects.
  • Do other things as assigned.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR ideas and ways of working.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A college degree in human resources or something similar (required).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (required).
  • Knowledge about labor laws and how to make jobs fair.
  • Good at managing people and handling HR work.
  • Know how to pay people.
  • Understand how HR works and the best ways of doing it.
  • Great at writing and speaking.
  • Can work well under pressure and finish things quickly.
  • Know how to use computers and programs like email and Microsoft Office.
  • Organized and good at managing time.
  • Can make good decisions and solve problems well.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
