We are looking for friendly and attentive Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our busy team. Your main tasks will include answering customer questions about their insurance, getting approval for medical treatment, and explaining co-payments. You will also need to recommend the best insurance plans for each customer's needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Stay updated on changes to our plans and prices.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
- Ask your manager for help if you can't answer a question.
- Explain benefits to customers and healthcare providers.
- Approve medical treatment if it's covered by the insurance.
- Tell customers about any co-payments they need to make.
- Give information to customers about which healthcare providers are in our network.
- Cancel a customer's insurance if they ask or if they haven't paid.
- Keep your workspace clean and have everything you need to do your job.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Good computer skills and fast typing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
