We are looking to hire an experienced full charge bookkeeper to handle our company?s accounts. In this role, you will be in charge of all accounting duties for the company. This includes entering and paying bills, billing customers, reconciling bank statements, tracking employee hours, and filing tax returns.

To be successful as a full charge bookkeeper, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting, good project management skills, and a keen attention to detail. A skilled full charge bookkeeper helps the business run smoothly by managing all of its financial needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting activities for the company.
  • Pay bills and process accounts payable.
  • Enter and track vendor expenses.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Send invoices to customers and track accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate records in the general ledger.
  • Track and process employee timesheets.
  • Handle payroll.
  • Prepare financial statements on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements and Qualifications
