Job Description

We are looking for someone who is very organized and detail-oriented to join our team as a financial coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure our accounts are organized and accurate. You will also help us respond to any questions or concerns about our billing. It's a fast-paced job, so you will need to be able to manage your time well and handle interruptions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep track of important financial processes and report on them.
  • Make sure bills are paid on time and accurately.
  • Make sure our customers are billed correctly.
  • Help resolve any problems or disputes with billing.
  • Communicate with different people to gather and share important information.
  • Make adjustments to customer accounts as needed.
  • Use a system called Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) to make changes to accounts.
  • Find ways to improve and make our processes more efficient.
  • Keep good records and keep them confidential.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A college degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Good at working with numbers and analyzing financial information.
  • Comfortable handling money.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good at working with people.
  • Strong organizational skills.
