We are looking for an event coordinator who is skilled and motivated to create amazing and memorable events. Your job will involve every aspect of event planning, such as selecting locations, approving menus, creating seating arrangements, and evaluating the success of the event afterwards.

As the event coordinator, you should be very organized and have a good understanding of how to work with vendors. It's important to have great communication and attention to detail, as our success depends on making sure we meet our client's specific needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand what the client wants and expects for each event.
  • Communicate with vendors, exhibitors, and others involved in the event planning process to make sure everything is in order.
  • Take care of everything involved in setting up for the event, taking it down, and following up afterwards.
  • Manage the budget for the event.
  • Book locations, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
  • Do a final inspection on the day of the event to make sure everything meets the client's standards.
  • Evaluate how successful the event was and report your findings.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as an event coordinator.
  • Very organized with the ability to do many tasks at once.
  • Great at working with vendors.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or public relations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
