Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous EHS Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training employees on safety policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections, creating health and safety reports, and ensuring that our organization follows all occupational guidelines and regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with management to define EHS goals and objectives
- Train employees on health and safety policies and best practices
- Conduct inspections to identify hazards and EHS violations
- Provide solutions for health and safety hazards
- Implement new protocols to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor operational processes and employee activities
- Create assessment reports, incident and accident reports, and health and safety manuals
- Report to management, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies
- Submit health and safety compliance documents to relevant organizations
- Stay updated on the latest EHS trends, policies, regulations, and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, safety management, or similar field
- OSHA or similar EHS certification
- At least two years of experience as an EHS Coordinator
- Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and ANSI
- Ability to read and interpret safety data sheets
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and training abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
