Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Encouraging residents to make their own decisions, be productive, and participate in various activities.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Certification in Mandt, CPR, and first aid.
- Completion of training provided by the company.
- Passing a criminal background check and health screening.
- At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a good driving record.
- Comfortable assisting residents with hygiene and medical routines.
- Flexible availability for shifts.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
