Job Description

We are looking for a day care director who can manage the day-to-day operations and create a positive learning environment for children. You will be responsible for making sure that our center follows all local and federal rules, maintain the facilities, support and manage the day care staff, and handle the center's finances.

The ideal candidate will have experience running a day care or nursery school and strong leadership skills. They should be friendly, love working with children, and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both kids and teachers. Knowledge of early childhood development is a plus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make sure that children are safe, happy, and learning.
  • Create lesson plans that follow state and federal requirements.
  • Ensure that the facilities are safe for children and follow all laws and rules.
  • Buy materials, equipment, and supplies for the center.
  • Support and manage the teachers and help them grow professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications
