Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is technically savvy and driven to achieve results. Your responsibilities will include managing and growing customer relationships, implementing success programs, supporting sales efforts, onboarding and training clients, and reducing customer turnover. You should also be able to analyze customer interactions and provide insights, improve customer experience through product support, and handle any customer complaints or requests.

Successful candidates will be social, analytical, and have a strong aptitude for learning and using new software. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with customers, maximize value, and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
