  • Using tools like resume parsers, applicant tracking systems, and candidate relationship management software to streamline the hiring process.
  • Creating and managing a pool of potential job candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews through email, phone, video, or in person.
  • Preparing resources for job fair booths.
  • Attending both in-person and virtual job fairs.
  • Conducting reference and background checks on potential hires.
  • Networking with industry professionals and staying up-to-date on talent acquisition trends.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in corporate recruiting may be preferred.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting may be necessary.
  • Certification in learning and performance or human resources may be beneficial.
