Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all HIPAA regulations while performing job duties.
- Implement policies and procedures throughout the healthcare facility.
- Evaluate staff and prepare daily reports.
- Help with hiring, training, and managing employees.
- Use budgeting skills to manage finances and expenses.
- Follow protocols for admitting and treating patients.
- Make sure there is enough medical supplies and order more when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (required).
- Current CPR certification (required).
- At least 2 years of experience as a clinical coordinator in a healthcare facility (required).
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and coding (preferred).
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
