We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable client support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests over the phone or through email. You will also help customers set up their products and explain how to use its features.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and be able to solve technical issues quickly. A great client support specialist is someone who can explain complex information in a simple and helpful way.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering customer questions, complaints, and requests through phone, email, or chat.
  • Assisting customers with setting up their products and resolving any technical problems they may have.
  • Explaining special product features and functionalities to customers.
  • Following up with customers to make sure their technical issues have been resolved.
  • Troubleshooting and reporting any product errors or malfunctions to management.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer information, including feedback and comments.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintaining customer accounts and updating billing information as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in information technology or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working as a client support specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with remote service tools and help desk software, such as ISL Online, SysAid, and freshservice.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
