We need a very organized and well-presented chiropractic assistant to take care of our front desk duties. This includes answering emails and phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting patients. You may also need to help with some clinical tasks, like giving tests.

To be a great chiropractic assistant, you need to be able to handle sensitive patient information and keep it private. You should also be able to do many things at once without making mistakes. The best candidates are very careful and focused on helping others.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and help patients when they arrive.
  • Keep the waiting area clean and tidy.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Collect and write down patients' personal and medical information.
  • Check how patients will pay, including insurance.
  • Keep track of and order supplies.
  • Get things ready for appointments, if needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
