Requirements and Qualifications

- Knowledge of financial management, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and budgeting.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with executives, partners, and employees.
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
- Familiarity with corporate governance.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence.
- Able to work well under pressure, manage workload effectively, and delegate tasks.
