We are looking for a friendly Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in two languages. Your main responsibility will be to help customers with their inquiries and feedback. You will need to use the appropriate methods to handle these issues.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Remembering the prices and features of our products and services
- Confirming which language the customer prefers to speak in
- Addressing any questions, complaints, or suggestions from customers
- Referring customers to the right department, if needed
- Asking for help from management when unsure
- Following our policies when processing exchanges and refunds
- Suggesting additional products or services that may meet the customer's needs
- Keeping track of all calls and emails to make sure every customer is helped
- Looking for common themes in customer feedback to make suggestions for improvements
- Occasionally administering and collecting customer surveys
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience as a customer service representative or similar role
- Experience using both languages in a professional setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Comfortable using computers and able to write professional emails
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Awareness of when to ask for help from colleagues or management
- Professional, polite, and patient
- Neat and well-groomed appearance
