We are seeking a highly organized individual to supervise operations at our warehouse as an Automated Logistical Specialist. Your responsibilities will include maintaining stock and inventory records, directing stock movement, and overseeing storage and maintenance procedures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain stock and inventory records
  • Verify stock quantities received against shipping documents, purchase requests, and bills of contracts
  • Keep logistical operations within budget without compromising efficiency
  • Oversee the unloading, unpacking, inventorying, and storage of incoming supplies, goods, parts, and equipment
  • Collaborate with internal departments to receive or deliver supplies, parts, and equipment
  • Ensure sufficient management of storage space and maintain a safe and tidy environment
  • Perform stock control and accounting procedures, and prepare material control and supply reports
  • Ensure equipment is securely stored and remains fully operational
  • Handle and store hazardous or perishable materials and goods according to regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistical management
  • Proficiency in logistical software, such as the Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS) or Infoplus WMS
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in logistical management
  • Understanding of accounting practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced leadership and organizational abilities
