Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated assistant sales manager to support our sales manager in running our store. The assistant sales manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. They should also have the ability to delegate tasks to the sales team in the absence of the sales manager.

To excel in this role, the assistant sales manager should have exceptional leadership skills and ensure that the sales staff follows company policies and guidelines. Above all, they should provide excellent customer service at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
