Job Description

We are looking for a thorough assessor to evaluate our students' performance in different courses. The assessor will collect all the students' work, compare it to model answers, and determine if they have met the learning goals. The assessed work will then be returned to our office for the moderators to collect.

To be successful as an assessor, you should keep up-to-date with the course material as it changes. An excellent assessor will also provide feedback to improve the accuracy of model answers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collecting students' work by the specified deadline.
  • Evaluating how well students understand the subject by comparing their work to model answers.
  • Using good judgment when evaluating unclear responses.
  • Calculating the total marks for each section and adding them together for a final grade.
  • Double-checking the assessment for any mistakes and making corrections.
  • Recording all grades and keeping track of students' work.
  • Returning marked work to designated locations for the moderators to collect.
