Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional training in management, finance, or sales is preferred.
- Previous experience as an area manager for similar sized stores.
- Proficiency in relevant financial and employee tracking software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop innovative strategies.
