Job Description

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy analytics manager to lead our business intelligence and analytics strategies. You will work with a team of digital analysts to gather and understand data, come up with useful information for our clients, create and use analytics tools, and report on our clients' progress to our bosses.

To do well in this job, you should have experience with analytics and statistics, be able to work with people from different parts of our company, and be motivated to always get good results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create good business intelligence and analytics plans.
  • Supervise projects that gather, organize, and study data from different places, and make sure we finish them on time.
  • Use statistics and data modeling to learn important things about our clients' businesses and help them make more money and do better work.
  • Make sure everyone follows our company's rules and processes so we always do good work.
  • Talk to different parts of our company and track how well we are doing.
  • Find new ways to make our clients happy and successful.
  • Lead teams of people from different parts of our company, check how they are doing, and make sure they are on schedule.
  • Create reports about what we learn and show them to our bosses.
  • Stay up-to-date on the best ways to do our job and follow the rules of our industry.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A college degree in analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an analytics manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good at getting results and managing many projects at once.
  • Strong people skills and good at managing time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
  • Knows how to use business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards.
