Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Make a curriculum that includes activities for language, math, art, and social studies.
- Plan daily lessons and activities to help children develop their social and physical skills.
- Help children with their homework, like reading, writing, and math.
- Prepare learning materials and supplies, like books, arts and crafts, and stationery.
- Talk to children to guide them and give them emotional support and motivation.

Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in teaching, early childhood education, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an after-school teacher, teaching assistant, or a similar job.
- Ability to create a fun and safe classroom environment for children to learn in.
- Good knowledge of how children behave and learn.
- Ability to work with children and stay friendly, calm, and patient.
