Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Account Representative to help increase company sales by building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. This role involves selling additional products and services to current clients, communicating client feedback to the marketing and advertising teams, and networking to find new clients. You should also be able to answer client questions and address any concerns they may have.

A successful Account Representative should be able to think creatively and find new ways to provide excellent customer service. Ultimately, this role requires the ability to come up with innovative strategies for attracting new clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Ensuring all necessary contracts and paperwork are completed and signed.
  • Preparing and submitting invoices to clients.
  • Keeping accurate records of client payments.
  • Increasing sales by reaching out to potential clients through methods such as cold-calling, emailing, and following leads provided by the company.
  • Introducing current clients to new products and services offered by the company.
  • Resolving client complaints in a professional manner and reporting them to management as needed.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by regularly following up with them.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
